In contrast to computer games we bring people together in ‘real life’ when we play our Business Games. We invite participants to experiment and experience together, in challenging settings. This gives an immediate insight in what works, where to improve, and how to achieve change. In addition, it has a large dose of fun. Games can be played with 10 participants, or larger groups, creating a lot of energy.

Participants feel they are fully immersed in the game. They experience how to achieve results and improve together. Reflection on what happens during the game, and transferring learning to the workplace are also important aspects of the game.

Would you like us to facilitate, or would you rather do this yourself, as our new partner?

This could be the best option for you, if you only consider the game to be played a few times. During an intake with the facilitator, you discuss the desired learning outcomes and how you would like the programme to be conducted.
