What is Vulcanus?

With this Business Game, you experience how to develop and market innovative products and services. From conceptualised idea to prototype and launch. The game is played in several rounds, and participants determine their strategy and business plan in every round.

Next, they test their plan and review what improvements need to be made. By the end of the workshop participants will be able to transfer learning to their own situation: What do they recognise, and how can they manage their own innovation process whilst working together with other parties?

Imagine you live on a faraway planet…

It is 2072. Since the invention of warp technology, mankind can now travel to Vulcanus, a small planet located between Earth and Mars. The Vulcans need all kinds of transportation vehicles.  The trade agreement of 2071 allows for human suppliers to enter the Vulcanus market.
Many of these suppliers have spent time and money on preparing a market launch on the planet. However, the competition is very fierce…
